Warning: Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects

The biscuit resurfacing device was an idea I posted to the HB a while ago. I later heard (with little more than a week to spare) that there was a competition for some big teabag company. I decided to make the device a little more plausible and drew it up to send off. It won nothing of course.
